Are there any anti-racist mental health subreddits?

I know there are ones for Black people, but I'm not Black. I am having a pretty big mental health issue right now, but I don't want any help from a potential racist, hence the question.
If this looks familiar, I already posted this but it got very little attention and I really need some help...
