So I learned that the person I voted for in the midterms is racist (sadly thus was today, days after casting my vote and the results of the midterms came out). How do I do something to undo the harm I might've helped cause?

Post Body

Let me clarify what I mean. I live in Pennsylvania and I voted for john fetterman. This was about a week or so ago. Earlier today, I learned that he pulled a gun on an unarmed Black man in 2013 (thankfully the Black man wasn't shot at), which is unforgivable to me. I am wondering if there is some way that I can undo the harm to the Black community that I voted in. Are there things I can do to help the Black community? I tend to donate to the NAACP, but I don't know if that's enough, especially in this case. Is there something I can do?

Also, I apologize if this is worded weirdly. I am not sure if I worded this correctly as this, to me, is an issue that I don't know if I have the words to describe it. If you need me to clarify anything I meant, just ask and I'll gladly do so.
