Should I call law enforcement to help find missing Black people?

Post Body

I'm a part of the r/missingBIPOC subreddit and m just wondering if I should get police involved in any way to aid in the finding of these missing people. On one hand there's only so much I can do besides post and comment but on the other hand I know the unfortunate (putting it lightly) treatment police often give to Black people, and to an extent other people of color.

Basically which is safer? Just upvoting, cross posting, and commenting, or getting some law enforcement involved? Because I want what's safest for humanity, and Black people, as well as other people of color, are human.
