Note - I’ve read some other posts about this topic on the sub. I’m still looking for some more recent experiences and advice any of you might have.

I recently signed a contract to move into a new place in Charlottenburg. The landlord was confident that the previous tenant had a DSL connection. To speed things up, I ordered a DSL connection with Telekom and got a compatible router delivered.

I finally went into the apartment today to plug it in and do the self-service setup for my line ID. However, I couldn’t find a DSL port.

I only see the circular ports for TV and Radio (only 2 holes).

I’ve asked the landlord and also scheduled a technician to visit in a few weeks from Telekom.

Does anyone have similar experiences and knows what the likely outcome here could be?
