Hi everyone, I moved to Berlin 3 months ago due to my wife getting a master degree here. We get the Anmeldung and we are insured by a public health insurance, so the next step was the Residence Permit. Having no available appointments I tried to use the contact form. However it's been 5 weeks since I sent the form. Is this normal and how long usually it takes? Should I and can I send an email to Ausländerbehörde? Getting the residence permit becomes more and more urgent as the time passes so any advice or help is much appreciated. Thanks 🙏
