I had an expensive package which I was expecting to be delivered by DHL. Yesterday, the status on their tracking page updated saying it was delivered. Here’s what it says exactly:

Die Sendung wurde direkt ab Paketzentrum dem Geschäftskunden zugestellt.

Which translates to:

The shipment was delivered directly from the parcel center to the business customer.

However, I did not receive this package. I was home but did not have anyone ring the bell either.

I checked my mailbox and other parts of the building and I do not see a card with information on where it might have been left. I don’t see any information on the tracking page either.

What are my options here? I will contact the original sender but I have to fly out of the country in a week and I desperately needed this package for that.

Any tips or advice would be highly appreciated.
