life is really weird right now

Ever since i got out of my toxic relationship life has been feeling really weird. I feel like a hollow shell of a person sometimes because of what she did to me, and yet I'll still cry over her. She changed me for the best but then she stabbed me in the back the worst way she could've. This is a wakeup call to show people that men can be victims, and to show that its ok to reach out for help. Does anyone have any advice for me about my situation?
