Whatās a red flag that a therapist is wrong for you? Mine seems good but there are a few things I donāt love about her. 1. She tends to more so just say people are assholes rather than offer more real advice on how to deal with issues. 2. She kinda sounds like a sales person at the end of each session. I already donāt like that sessions are paid by hour but are only 50 minutes. But at the end she always says āI still think you should do every weekā. It may sound like sheās trying to help but when I tell her I can only afford once a month she says āthink of all that overtime you say you work. You could put it towards thisā. Like she gets I have rent right?! Lol
