I have done telehealth since COVID. I absolutely hate video calls. I hate them. So I've just done phone calls every week. I've been driving, been at work, wandering around Barnes and Noble, laying in my bed playing video games, and probably a bunch of things I can't remember. I also did therapy in an office for 15 years before that, and I will say that my sessions felt more productive and helpful, like by far, being able to do all those other things. Why is this so controversial? How do I deal with changing providers? It's to the point where if I can't location hop I might just not engage at all.
