Does BPD eventually become easier to manage?
Post Body

I'm 24 and doctors identified BPD traits in me at the age of 13. I have done my fair share of research over the years, but I also understand that a lot of literature online is inconclusive or not quite accurate. BPD is not curable but manageable, is what I understand. My question is; does it become easier to manage after reaching a certain age? It's been very tough and a lot of DBT work has been done on my end to acquire and understand the management skills; will it always have to be such an incredible amount of effort?
