Why do accretion jets around pulsars maintain axis in time-lapses, despite the pulsar’s rapid spin and radiation beams? Is it because the "lighthouse" effect of the pulsar is invisible while the accretion jets are not?

The accretion jet on the crab nebula stays in the same axis

this is what I expected to see this was the Chandra not the JWST which cannot observe radio waves, X-rays, or gamma rays.

Update: part of this question turned out to be one of the unsolved problems in physics

Astrophysical jet: Why do only certain accretion discs surrounding certain astronomical objects emit relativistic jets along their polar axes? Why are there quasi-periodic oscillations in many accretion discs? Why does the period of these oscillations scale as the inverse of the mass of the central object? Why are there sometimes overtones, and why do these appear at different frequency ratios in different objects?
