Hello everyone, new to this group. I have a problem that needs resolving asap, I ordered a new washing machine from Currys which arrived today they were meant to install it but said the tap to turn the water off has seized so told me to get a plumber and left so they’re sending someone else to install on Sunday. The problem is though that me and my granddad after they left we turned the water off as it wasn’t actually seized as they tried to claim then we disconnected our old washing machine and went to put the new one in we got one pipe in the one that’s for water flow and now the house taps or toilets don’t have water but if we turn the water back on the water keeps rushing out of the pipe non stop and I’m not a pro so I don’t know if I put it in the machine will that just over flood it? Any suggestions? Can’t really wait till Sunday as I’ve got work and need a bath and mrs needs showers and the toilets don’t flush either. Any help greatly appreciated

Water was running but then became slower and slower and stopped and that happens every time we try to open a tap, is it a simple fix or is just due to the washing machine or something?
