Frozen pipe every where except washer and dryer pipes

Came home after a vacation and no water would come from any faucets , bath tub or toilet. Go down to basement and see the washer and dryer pipes still have water working but after awhile full pressure slowed down and it’s now leaking. I don’t have a washer or dryer so I can just leave it on and let it drip into a bucket. Will that unfreeze my pipes and let the other ones start working. I live in an old townhome.
