Hot water on demand
Post Body

Can anyone tell me why my hot water heater shuts off when I turn the cold water on? The manufacturer was of no help. They first blamed the galvanized exhaust pipe. Then they blamed the DIY installation. Never mind that my BiL who is licensed installed it with me.

The galvanized pipe was replaced when I move the vent and I did descale the unit but it continues.
