Help with removal

Hello, I was redirected here about this question, I've been trying to clean my bathtub and the drain as the water has been draining slow for the past couple of days. Last time I used a snake and it worked but when I tried today the snake broke and it's still clogged. Is there any way of removing the cover to clean it without damage.
