Post Body

Saw today a slight leak from the packing nut of the valve on the city side of the water meter. That's the cities responsibility so I shouldn't touch it correct? So I checked the water pressure and got 84 psi. This is my sisters house and I don't see a PRV or an expansion tank on the water gas heater. I informed her that she needs a PRV to prevent possible damage. What about the expansions tank is that also critical? What would be a good price for both in the outer Boston area?
