Shower drain hair clog

So on a normal bathtub usually I’d be able to unscrew the drain cap but this one is grouted in with the tile and there’s hair in there causing it to drain super slowly. Is there a good way to get it out? Would something like draino take care of it? I have a little plastic Walmart snake with hooks all up the side but I can only stick it in there about an inch until it stops, and it seems like there’s a little catcher in there collecting all the hair.
