How do I replace an internal fuse in this I think called a transformer on my guitar amp that won't turn on?

Got it second hand so couldn't tell you

Just tried to pull transformer apart and it's "potted" as a hobbyist called it. Encased in like a brown acrylic block.

already replaced the fuse by the outlet and wasn't even blown anyways

Ah, okay, then I'll make some time this weekend to just start pulling it apart and see what's inside

Wanted to hold off in case someone said whatever you don't don't do xyz before abc. (also lots of capacitors in the amp head so idk how much juice still in them)

This might be it. Mine is also encased in that brown block and almost gave up.
