Lights flickering in living room/kitchen, not in bathroom/bedroom

Hi! I had no idea this sub-Reddit was a thing, but I'm glad it is. How timely.

Tonight in my apartment, my floor lamp, along with both ceiling lights in my kitchen have been flickering. I had only the floor lamp on, then turned that off to check the other two.

It seems that my bathroom lights and bedroom floor lamp are not having this issue. It is beautiful outside weather-wise, 65 degrees.

I filed a work-order for management to see on Tuesday, after the holiday weekend and we have an emergency number if needed.
