Hi everyone! Just came here to ask for alternative ways to cope with dysphoria. I want like more obscure ways that people personally take themselves and hear other peoples ways of dealing with dysphoria.
For context Iโm 16 y/o ftm trans dude that experiences all types of dysphoria (physical, social etc) and the only ways I deal with dysphoria now are face masks (which is so random but they work, good form of self care) paintings and journalling. These arenโt enough right now and I need more strategies more than just listening to music, talking to someone, wearing a hoodie etc. I need more specific and less generic ways to cope that people use.
Anything would be appreciated (:
