Not sure on how to articulate this question properly. Is it acceptable/possible to prefer trans women without fetishizing them?

Post Body

I don't know exactly how to say this but the more I've tried dating the more I've come to realize that my preferences lean heavily towards trans women over others. Is this offensive? I don't know, I don't want to be offensive or insensitive.

But I'll fully admit that as a cis guy I just plain cannot understand what they are going through. If it is unacceptable behavior I sure as hell don't want to keep doing it. It's not like I don't see them as a person to get to know and understand as another human being or anything.

So is it alright to feel this way?
