E Patch covers

Hello all, I’m switching to estrogen to patches after my reassignment surgery. I was on them before but the edges would always start peeling off.

Does anyone have a good over patch recommendation that I can put over them to hold the E patch on?

Also what’s the best patch glue removal liquid?
