Post Body
Basically as the title says, whatโs the best advice for frying chicken wings and drumsticks? My sister got me a deep fryer for Christmas and on Christmas I made fried chicken but came out completely wrong because the chicken skin was completely burned but the meat inside was still delicious! I used canola oil and fried the chicken at 350 for 14mins(I was going based off what I read online). I was disappointed in myself so I wanted to try again today.
