How to get a rental unit downtown
Post Body

Hi everyone,

This weekend I’m checking out some rental units in the downtown area and I wanna make sure I snag these places before anyone else does. What are some things I should do to be sure I can sign it this weekend before anyone else?

For context, I currently make $60,000 a year commission of $20,000 a year. My credit score unfortunately took a hit during Covid but I’ve been rebuilding it up and I’m at 550. Will this affect my application process even if I pay first and last month rent?

Thanks for the help and I am looking forward to finally making my dream a reality.
