Is it possible to visit a Dermatologist/Skin Cancer clinic in TO without a referral?
Post Body

Hi all! I'm new to Canada and feeling a little lost on the medical front, especially with everything locked down right now.

I've currently got a spot that I'm unsure about (I'm super pale with a history of skin cancer in the family) back home I'd go to a skin cancer clinic for a checkup each year, but I'm not sure where best to go here. I'd really like to get a specialist to check it out ASAP. I don't mind if I need to pay out of pocket for a visit (I became eligible for OHIP after quarantine hit and I haven't been able to get down to apply for a card yet.) Given the difficulty in visiting even a GP right now, I was hoping someone would be familiar with a place I could visit without adding that extra layer of delay?
