Stage 2 reopening

Some places with stage 2 when it that comes to GTA does that mean the amusement park Canada Wonderland will be open because it says splash pad, pools etc
Malls can be reopen but malls in GTHA and Niagara region are all so huge with 2 floors how are they going to reopen. One on particular like Eaten or Yorkdale how they going to reopen them it’s so big with like bout 30-40 stores or more.
