Different things to do to get active in and around Parkdale??

I'm creating a list of active things to do in Parkdale. Anyone have any free drop in or pick up games, trails that are enjoyable to walk/jog through, etc etc that they recommend adding?

So far I got:

Ultimate frisbee Sundays in Dufferin Grove Park @1pm,

Ball Hockey Sundays 2- 4 pm @ Masaryk Cowen Community centre.

Yoga every Thursday 6-7 Masaryk Park

Adult pick up basketball @ Charles g williams basketball court Thursdays 7-830

Walk/jog through High Park, William G Davis trail, Martin Goodman trail,

Swim at High Park, Sunnyside & Parkdale rec centre pools.

Parkdale Road Runners runs: Crew Run every Tuesday 6:45pm // Ladies Run every Saturday 8:45am: Capital Espresso 1349 Queen St. W
