Extreme dryness in the winters. M33
Post Body

I have dry skin and scalp in general but as soon as winters roll around the dryness tenfolds! I get crazy dandruff on my head, mustache, beard and even eyebrows! I’ve tried all sorts of shampoos (nizoral, selsun blue, head and shoulders). Everything helps for a day or two and it comes roaring back.

My skin gets super dry too. I get flakes of dryness near my nose. I’ve tried all sorts of lotions (cetaphil, cerave, other brands) and same thing after a day or two.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to tackle this? Do I have some nutritional deficiency and thus a supplement may help? Any specific products that has worked for someone other than the ones I have mentioned above?
