Adult swimming lessons in Toronto

I didn't learn how to swim as a kid and I'm looking for private swim lessons for adults in Downtown Toronto. I tried the city of Toronto programs and it was very uncomfortable having a high schooler teach me(32yr M) how to swim. I tried a private swim schools called Felix's Swim School but found that they cater to children and left all the inconvenient times for Adults. I'm going on vacation with my family this winter abd they all know I can't swim if my life depended on it. My goal is to be proficient enough to jump in the deep end and swim a couple laps and surprise them all.
