Passport application Non Urgent but mid October Travel plan.

As the heading says: I’m looking to travel to the states by mid October. Which passport office would be the best location, Scarborough, Brampton or Mississauga or even any passport office in GTA?

I have heard these offices may toss me out if I’m not travelling in the next 25 days with proof. I have also read that the turn around for applications at the Services Canada can take up to 5 weeks or even more which I’m not interested in gambling with.

Please which passport office can I go to without being tossed out for non urgent travel?
