Hi, I'm a 40 year old single father of two boys (18 and 16). I've got full custody and a child support order in my favor. I've just finished a nasty court battle with their abusive mother to get them out of the situation they were in. I'm in the shit financially as a result... I live in Brighton and in October I have to move to Toronto for work. The mother isn't paying child support and FRO are slow to react, I make $4800/mo after taxes and $800 goes to debt. My credit score is bad.

I need to find a place for the three of us starting October 1 in Toronto that will overlook the bad credit and cost no more than $2300/mo. My kids will work part time but that's going to bring in maybe $500/mo each and that's if they can find work. Anyone know where I can get a rental with bad credit and max 2300/mo? Additionally, my eldest is attending TMU in September and needs a short term rental for the month, cheap and cheerful for sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
