Tattoo shop recommendations?

Hi all. Looking to get half a sleeve tattooed which I know would be expensive. Not looking for cheap options but also not as expensive as let’s say Chronic Ink downtown. Do you know any stores that are equally good but not AS costly as Chronic Ink?
Also looking for artists who are good at doing SACRED GEOMETRY tattoos!
