Has anyone ever used Bounce luggage storage?

I'm going downtown for pride Pedestrian Sunday at Kensington market on the 30th and will also be attending Oasis Aqualounge. I will have my professional camera with me and Oasis does not allow any sort of photography. I would like to know if Bounce storage is reliable to use to safely keep my camera stored. They are reviewed fairly well on Google play and also aim to offer protection of up to $10,000 if anything is stolen, lost or damaged.

Has anyone else used this service or another luggage storage service before?
