How to specifically avoid places w/history of debit/credit fraud?

Is there anywhere to find out a list, or maybe a map, of what places in Toronto have been found to have card-skimmers in the past, or other sources of fraud like for example where investigations revealed employees were stealing people's card info?
There's so much of this type of fraud going on, that it would be nice to have a hint what places to avoid!
