Are salaries down in your industry this year?
Post Body
I know the job market and number of new postings is down a lot right now, but crawling LinkedIn and suprised at what looks to be a decline in compensation in my industry.
Currently making $160k (12 years exp) and seeing similar roles posted for $125k - $150k. Not even looking to make a jump but the prospect of being stuck in my job (golden handcuffs) is kinda depressing.
For those who are more actively looking or have recently hired employees is this also true in your industry?
