Is Montreal really that much more affordable than Toronto?
Post Body
Except for rent and housing, is Montreal actually that much cheaper to live in than Toronto?
I think the food, restaurants, drinks and all costs pretty much the same. Iโd even say some are more expensive in Montreal. But the pay for most jobs are lower, higher tax and harder to find jobs in some fields if you donโt speak French fluently.
So for people that move from Toronto to Montreal, did you actual manage to get much closer to your financial goal?
