Looking to get some work done in my condo - downtown Toronto. Currently carpet floor, looking to get hardwood floor or laminated floor installed - 750- 800 sq ft . Fairly noob when it comes to these kinda things. Any must know things before I engage in this endeavour or first hand recommendations of a contractor that has good track record? Thanks.
