Hey I am a self taught developer who's marks sucked balls in school. Was dreadful in college and started working 2014 in a reefer company. In 2015 I went to electrical and got worse because I was working seasonally no direction only work September to January and back to square 1.

Fast forward it's 2021 I work in a factory as a Machine operator and playfully start loading data onto the work network using my YouTube tricks. Started self teaching myself C# and .NET.

Life was dreadful as I could barely manage week by week with R1620 with a child and a girlfriend to support. Bear in mind my child is at cresche.

Got fired in 2022 14 days before my second child was born☠️. By the time I was well equipped to do basic tasks like create websites, basic troubleshooting, read code and write comments based on what I could fully understand.

I looked for work left right and centre. At the time.NET 7 was booming. I created brand new .NET web apps, I felt like I was amazing, but could not get work.

Fast forward 2022 December 17 I learn about CHAT GPT😍. All I ever wanted at this time in life was to be recognised by seniors and this is when I started training myself with the first Model chat GPT. In that short time I leaned how to be punctual, leave all the silly bullshit outta emails, not be afraid to ask for the 💰 since I do the work.

4 months into 2023 I am one of the top AI users. Beta Testing most apps before they launch. I see a tool on theresanaiforthat.com, product hunt, and many other aggregators platforms I see a tool I look for the author and message.

2 months later I find myself into a job as a "Prompt Engineer" I sucked at what I did there because I was promised being an AI lord and end up working on GitHub code updated last in 2017☠️.

4 weeks later we mutually left each other as I felt that is not what I expected. I ventured into AI Bot building and all the tools I leaned with the vast AI websites then boom I start freelancing.

Go Lance, Fiverr, Upwork. It did not work out then the AI to video started booming and I again was a beta tester.I had enough time to make one video premium using AI tool like Kaiber in beta mode and sold the video alone for R4300 then I started becoming greedy.

At that time Kaiber stopped and I had another client.I suffered and was using Make with Zapier to make sure my replies to clients was always happy withAI responses.

I had AI on WhatsApp, telegram, FB, Insta, LinkedIn and daily scheduled news. By then I already did my work. I looked left and right got a deal from a company in Canada as I was using AI tools and ATS scanners I created in python and streamlit to create a ATS tool.

I was offered $20 and declined because I wanted 25 lol.yeahi am stupid lol. Nevertheless I was able to get many offers after creating AI tools and knowing where to hunt. It took years and my family was very lenient.

Today I earn 27k paid into bank acc after deductions, and 17k from a monthly 10 minutes per day work.

New Salesforce contract starting on freelance to build report system for R140 000 before Christmas. There is 💰💰💰 in TECH!
