I need some advice on what to do next in a situation I'm currently dealing with. I recently ordered a phone from Carousell and opted for a Grab Express delivery since I'm a stay-at-home mom with two kids and pregnant, making it difficult to pick up items myself.
Here's the problem: the delivery rider marked the order as "delivered," but I never received the item. I watched him drive all the way to my block, but he never actually delivered it. I know because as he was approaching my block, I was outside my unit waiting. I've already reported the issue to Grab and the police, but I'm looking for any additional advice or steps I might take to resolve this.
I've tried contacting the rider multiple times, but he has blocked me, so there's no way for him to return the phone if it was a mistake. I just want my money back at this point. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any tips on what else I can do to either get my item or ensure that this doesn't happen again?
The seller was kind enough to send me CCTV photos of the delivery guy. I also found his wife’s Facebook account, his account, and his mother-in-law's account. Should I consider contacting them?
