Hi folks,

I have a ceiling fan in all 5 rooms of my HDB flat. 1 KDK, the rest are Fanco and one Mistral.

So far the KDK has given me good service, the Fancos were good when I bought them, but spoiled very fast (less than 3 years, specially the remotes). I would expect a fan to last for atleast 5 to 6 years.

Now I need to replace all my Fancos. I can buy KDK but the price is exactly 2X of any other brand, sometimes even more. My salary hasnt gone up for a long time, so cannot really justify the big outlay on KDKs 😀 😀 😀

Does anyone here have any other brands to recommend (Please recommend only if you have used the brand and feel satisfied). Has anyone used Bestar? It claims to be a local brand but manufactures its wares in China.

I have found this channel to be really helpful in the past and hope some of you kind souls can give me good advice on what to purchase.
