If a citizen has no money. No income and needs to see a doctor, can they get a free health checkup ? Further if they need a surgery which they can't afford. What happens to them ? For expats working in Singapore, will employer pay for their insurance or expat pay for it ? Does insurance cover everything during hospitalization? Doctor fee, food, dietician fee (not covered in india) dental treatment etc . If some one has a history of having critical disease like cancer , will insurance company deny giving them insurance cover?
