Need to vent here to not make a mistake of sending a text to this whore of soon to be ex and faggot of a so called friend. (we can do that right?)

So stbx went to a house party the other night while I took the kids out and had a fun time. Looking at the phone bill today to find out why we are out of data, I find that she has been texting someone I would have considered a friend since the next day. Sure it could be nothing but she's never said shit to this guy in the 5 years we've known him. Fuck him and fuck her.

She's moving out next weekend and I'm glad. If I could find a way to show that she walked from the house and I keep it all, I would. The only thing I said to her is "I can't make you stay." We have no legal documentation written up yet that says she can move out. So I guess I'll talk to my lawyer and see what he has to say. Maybe Red-Curious and the other divorce lawyers can pipe in here and give their opinion about this.

I know I am butthurt right now about finding this out. And I need to get that out of my mind. Just fucking bullshit how these people I once considered friends are showing their true colors.

EDIT: Background Story I'm 34. She's 32. Both 6/7 range. I'm down to 195lbs (250lbs last year). I haven't been lifting. I need to. She wanted a divorce. I hired a lawyer and filed. I wanted to make sure the timeline was on my side instead of hers. We have 3 kids (12, 6 and 1). Where I started the custody negotiations at 50/50, she went immediately to I get the kids every other weekend. I stood my ground and she is now agreeing to my terms with $0 child support (we make just about the same). I am keeping the house and refinancing it to pay her equity off.
