Is it possible to Brick a device with only large quantities of data?
Post Body

A bit of a different type of question, and not entirely certain if this one belongs in this subreddit, so please do let me know if it belongs elsewhere.

I’m writing a sci-fi story with an evil AI that has the ability to analyze and replicate any superhuman ability it witnesses. The plan is to defeat it by gathering so many superhumans in one place that the AI BSoD’s from trying to upload significantly more data than it has the capability to process. But I don’t know if a computer can actually become irreparable from raw data uploads.
