Hello happy to finally have found this sub I’m 27m have been told last year I have a mild calcified arteries I then have lost weight & eat better I don’t have a history of heart disease in the family … I’m recovering from long covid atm 5 month in always have heart pain and or chest pain: discomfort on the left randomly comes & goes & SOMETIMES my left arm hurts where the elbow meets underside don’t know if It’s related … I’m trying to figure if my lightheadedness/chest pain is from long covid or heart disease (god forbid) had blood work done & a few ekgs also heart monitor done recently everything looks normal … can I get someone’s opinion?
