Heart Problem Hard to Diagnose
Post Body

I've had heart symptoms for a year. The tests i did (a year ago) all turned out normal or not too far abnormal. The only tests i didn't do was a CT scan or radiation MRI scan of the heart blood vessels. (see first comment)

My issue is this: I've had a pounding (not racing) heart for a year which gets worse with exercise. Recently after a work out my heart started to feel strange...and weak. Since then if i do not exercise my heart doesn't pound- in fact after a year of straight pounding...it feels weak. If i raise my heart rate for even 1 minute it's all undone and it will pound for a few days. When i bend down sometimes i can also trigger this pounding sensation. I also feel pressure on my back sometimes after meals or exercise for many hours. Once it is triggered when i sleep i am woken up as soon as i doze off with a racing heart rate over 80.

Doctors think this is anxiety, how can I have "anxiety" for a year when I'm calm and lead a very chill life? And in the month where the 2 most stressful things of my life happen....my heart is calmer as I'm not exercising??

I have a very almost inaudible whooshy s1 at rest. s2 is split always and VERY loud. Sometimes I even hear a consistent mid systolic click depending on the day. I used to have an extra beat (a gallop but i am not certain s3 or s4) but i've not heard it for a while. When i am not at rest, it sounds relatively normal other than a loud s2- which u can even hear the split as well.

It's at the point where exercising causes my heart to burn and pound (I'm talking 2 minutes of squats can do this). And this week i have had episodes of breathlessness gasping for air. And i could hear my pulse throbbing and a pounding headache all night. and my ear canals feel swollen/narrow - the second i yawn they reblock over and over. I used my dads blood pressure wrist thing and got 122/84 in the morning (i know it isn't accurate). This kinda sounds like angina to me or SOMETHING that is not anxiety. I have a nerve issue, it effects half of my face and head. Sometimes my limbs go numb and tingly too. I suspect it might either be a blockage (but they refuse to test when i ask) or a nerve issue. I've also had petechiae on my legs for months at a time. (if it's related?) and notice a lot of leg veins are itchy and starting to become more visible.

So, my question is this. As a year has passed I want to take some tests and hopefully figure this out.

What can I do/say for the doctors to take me seriously and what tests can I ask for?
