Husband 32 M went to er for chest pain right arm numbness and right leg swollen. They said it was peripheral edema. They did a chest xray, ultrasound of the swollen leg and ruled out DVT. Ekg was fine. Blood was fine. Nothing according to all of that was medically wrong. So they reccomeded a follow up with primary doc.
We followed up with his doc who just said I don't know what's wrong with your leg. Like what!? No other tests ordered. Let me know if it happens again. I'm thinking we should request a heart scan? I'm terribly worried it's heart. He even told the doc he gets pressure on his chest and it didn't concern her. Any guidance on what to do is appreciated. Maybe we should just request a cardiologist. His dad has cardio myapothy and muscular dystrophy. So I'm worried about that too. If any other info is needed please let me know.
