losing it because of exams, any tips?

Hi. I’m on my 4th or 5th week in a row of exams. For context I’m a full time college junior. This has honestly been my first semester I’ve ever been bombarded with exams like this. Every single week I have multiple heavy weighted exams, which isn’t too weird for college obviously but I also work a full time job. The stress and workload has just been insane. I really have no choice tho to graduate on time. Does anyone with a similar situation have advice? I’m not sure where to turn…
