Can't Refresh Feed Problem.

No matter what I do, whether I uninstall it and download it again or if I log out and log back in Instagram will NOT refresh my feed. Idk if I did something wrong or if Instagram just isn't working in general. Has this happened to you and if you fixed it what did you do?
