Advice : Friend ditches what should i do?

I need advice about a friend who consistently ditches me for others. Whenever I ask to meet, she makes excuses but then goes out with her roommates or other friends. I feel hurt and undervalued because she never prioritizes our time together.

I'm considering stopping communication but don't want to overreact. Should I confront her about how I feel? Is it worth trying to salvage this friendship, or should I distance myself to avoid more disappointment? Any advice on handling this would be greatly appreciated.
