How long should I wait before contacting?

I started talking to this girl recently, and things have been going pretty well. We met on a dating app, then started talking over discord.

Her parents seem to be pretty overbearing, jumping down her throat about everything. She said she wasn't having a good day because of them, I asked her if she wanted to talk about it, she said no, and when I asked her if she wanted some space, she said yes.

What I want to know is, how long is a reasonable amount of time to wait before messaging her again if I haven't heard from her?
